Step 1
Understanding your business goals and brand
Before we can create your new site, we need to understand what your business does, who its key audiences are, what your business goals are, and how we can help you accomplish them. We start all website design projects with an in-depth discovery meeting to ensure we understand your vision.
Step 2
Planning a design direction and site content
Content and design must function together in order to build a successful website. We design and present various mockups to ensure we are moving in the right direction and are making the site fully accessible, and begin determining what your site actually needs to say to convert users.
Step 3
Building out and developing your new site
Now, we begin designing and building the rest of the website on our development server. We use WordPress CMS for all of our websites, including our own! WordPress allows for a highly versatile and flexible build. We hold regular review meetings with you during this stage so that we stay on the same page throughout the duration of the project.
Step 4
Setting up integrations & optimizing site
Once the site is developed, we need to make sure it's hooked up on the back-end properly. We make sure your site is optimized for search engines (including H1-H6 tags, alt tags, metadata, site speed, etc) and set up any necessary integrations such as contact forms, booking calendars, and any other capabilities.

Launching the website
Once you have approved everything, we start taking the site live! Our go-live process is painless with a typically short turnaround time. We also set up tracking on your site traffic, conversions, audience, and performance—all this data is available within our single pane of glass, SmartBoard™. SmartBoard™ analytics dashboard is included in all of our marketing services, including our website design services.
